General Risk Disclaimer
This General Risk Disclaimer applies to the 10X Trader platform and all related services operated by WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO (trading as 10X Trader). It is a general, plain-language summary of the principal risks of using the service. It does not replace, and should be read together with, the General Terms and Conditions, the Risk Disclosure Notice, the relevant Product Schedule, and the Broker Disclosure. Where this Disclaimer and any of those documents differ, those documents prevail.
The nature of the service
1.1 WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO operates 10X Trader as a technology platform and, where applicable, as an Introducing Broker. It is not a bank, broker, custodian, fiduciary, or investment adviser.
1.2 Live trading accounts, trade execution, custody of funds, deposits, and withdrawals are provided by the Company's Broker Partner as principal. The Broker Partner is identified, and its regulatory details set out, in the Broker Disclosure as published from time to time. Your funds are held with the Broker Partner, not with WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO.
1.3 Nothing on the platform — including any strategy listing, ranking, performance display, label, or communication — is investment advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation. WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO does not assess whether any product, strategy, or account is suitable
General trading risk
2.1 Trading leveraged financial products, including contracts for difference (CFDs), carries a high degree of risk. You may lose some or all of your capital, and in some market conditions your losses may exceed your deposit.
2.2 These products are not suitable for everyone. You should not trade, follow a strategy, or allocate capital unless you understand the risks involved and can afford to sustain a loss.
2.3 Markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. Volatility, price gaps, low liquidity, and news events can cause sudden and substantial losses.
Leverage and Margin
3.1 Leverage allows you to take a position larger than your deposit. It amplifies both gains and losses, and a small adverse market move can result in a large loss relative to your deposit.
3.2 If your account does not hold sufficient margin, positions may be closed automatically, at a loss, and without notice to you.
Account Scaling
4.1 Certain 10X Trader accounts use a scaling mechanic under which additional notional credit is applied by the broker when the account reaches a defined profit milestone. Scaling increases your market exposure, not your real balance.
4.2 As an account scales, progressively smaller percentage moves in the market become sufficient to reach the account’s drawdown limit and close it. Scaling is applied by the broker, is not guaranteed, and may be changed or suspended by the broker at any time. The specific mechanics are set out in the relevant Product Schedule.
Copy trading and Marketplace strategies
5.1 Where the Marketplace is available, it lets you browse and connect to third-party strategy providers. When you connect, the provider’s trades are mirrored on your account through the broker’s infrastructure. WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO does not execute those trades and does not control the provider’s strategy.
5.2 Following or copying a strategy does not reduce risk. A provider’s decisions can lead to rapid and substantial losses. A provider may change strategy, stop trading, or become unavailable at any time.
5.3 Your results may differ from the provider’s — and may be worse — because of timing, slippage, spreads, leverage, balance, position sizing, fees, and other factors.
5.4 Disconnecting from a provider does not close open positions. You become responsible for managing and closing them.
5.5 "Verified" or similar status reflects a compliance and identity check only. It is not a performance endorsement, a risk rating, or a suitability judgment.
PAMM and managed allocation
6.1 Allocating capital to a PAMM or MAMM manager places your funds under the control of a third party who makes all trading decisions. The full allocated capital can be lost.
6.2 You cannot control the individual trades a manager executes. A manager’s performance, risk profile, and conduct may change significantly over time.
6.3 Exiting a PAMM allocation may require the manager’s approval, and a withdrawal request may be declined or delayed based on open positions, market conditions, or the offer parameters. WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO cannot override a manager’s decision where that function sits within the broker’s infrastructure.
6.4 Manager removal, suspension, or broker restrictions may disrupt the allocation and may result in open positions being liquidated.
Holding or operating multiple accounts
7.1 You may hold or operate more than one account — for example, more than one trading account, accounts across different 10X Trader products, or accounts that follow or are allocated to more than one strategy or manager at the same time.
7.2 Holding multiple accounts does not diversify away risk and can increase it. Your total exposure is the sum of the exposure on every account, and losses on one account are not offset by gains on another unless a specific netting arrangement applies.
7.3 Positions across multiple accounts, strategies, or managers may be correlated — they may move in the same direction at the same time — so that several accounts incur losses together in the same market conditions.
7.4 Each account is subject to its own balance, margin, drawdown limit, scaling, fees, and product terms. A drawdown limit or risk control applied to one account does not protect any other account. A loss-making position on one account can trigger margin closure on that account regardless of the state of your other accounts.
7.5 Operating multiple accounts makes your overall position harder to monitor and manage, particularly in fast-moving markets. You remain responsible for monitoring and managing every account you hold or operate.
7.6 Where amounts are owed to WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO or to the broker, they may, where the applicable terms allow, be set off across your accounts. Each account remains governed by the General Terms and Conditions, the relevant Product Schedule, and any strategy, PAMM, or MAMM terms that apply to it.
7.7 Opening or operating multiple accounts to obtain a benefit you would not otherwise be entitled to, to circumvent a limit or control, or in a manner the applicable terms do not permit, may result in the suspension or closure of accounts and the forfeiture of related benefits.
Past performance and displayed data
8.1 Past performance of any account, product, strategy, provider, or manager is historical and does not indicate or guarantee future results.
8.2 Performance data, rankings, and other information displayed through the platform may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or subject to error, and may be corrected or restated. Prior verification of performance data does not protect you from future changes in performance, risk, or conduct.
Your decision and no reliance
9.1 The decision to open an account, trade, follow or copy a strategy, or allocate capital is yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for it.
9.2 You are not relying on any representation, forecast, marketing material, leaderboard, testimonial, social proof, or statement by any provider, manager, or partner as a guarantee or prediction of future performance.
9.3 You should consider whether the service is appropriate for your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, and experience, and seek independent professional advice where necessary.
Third-party broker, technology, and operational risk
10.1 Execution, custody, deposits, withdrawals, and account infrastructure are provided by the broker and other third parties. WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO does not control, and is not responsible for, execution quality, fill quality, latency, or infrastructure performance.
10.2 The platform, copy trading, and PAMM or MAMM functionality rely on third-party systems and technology. Software failures, signal interruptions, connectivity issues, copier delays, and outages can occur and can affect your positions and results.
10.3 WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the website, dashboard, mobile app, or any related service.
Fees and costs
11.1 Trading costs (including spreads, commissions, swap, and financing charges), product fees, and — where applicable — strategy provider performance fees, management fees, and agent commissions reduce your returns.
11.2 You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable fees and costs before you trade, follow a strategy, or allocate capital. Fee terms for strategies, PAMM, and MAMM structures are set by the provider or manager and disclosed before you connect or allocate.
Jurisdiction and eligibility
12.1 The 10X Trader service is not available, permitted, or suitable in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
12.2 Access may be restricted, conditioned, or refused on the basis of jurisdiction, sanctions, broker requirements, product eligibility, or applicable law.
