Cookie Policy

Effective Date: Tue, 19 May, 2026.

  1. What this Policy Covers

This Cookie Policy explains how WEGROUPVENTURES - FZCO (the Company, we, us, our), trading as 10X Trader, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its website, Dashboard, and read-only mobile app.

It should be read together with the Privacy Policy, which explains more broadly how we handle personal data, and the General Terms and Conditions.

For users in the UAE, this policy is issued under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the UAE PDPL). For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, this policy is issued with regard to the EU ePrivacy Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For users in the United Kingdom, with regard to the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

  1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website or online service when you visit or interact with it. They are widely used to make websites and apps function correctly, remember your preferences, and provide information to website operators. Similar technologies we may use include:

  • Pixels and web beacons — invisible image files that register when a page or email has been accessed, used for analytics and marketing attribution.

  • Local storage — a browser-based mechanism that stores data on your device beyond a single session, used for performance and preference purposes.

  • SDKs (software development kits) — code embedded in mobile apps that may collect device identifiers and usage data.

  • Analytics identifiers — unique identifiers assigned to a browser or device session to measure behaviour across multiple interactions.

  1. Your Consent and How to Manage Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent as they are essential for the website, Dashboard, and mobile app to function. All other cookies (functional, analytics, and marketing) require your consent where required by applicable law.

When you first visit our website or Dashboard, a cookie consent banner will give you the option to accept or decline non-essential cookies by category. Your preference is saved and applied. You can change your preference at any time through the cookie settings option on the website or Dashboard.

You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block all cookies, block third-party cookies only, clear cookies already stored on your device, or receive a notification before a cookie is placed.

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the website, Dashboard, or mobile app. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without preventing the service from working.

To withdraw consent for any category of non-essential cookies at any time, use the cookie settings option on the website or Dashboard, or adjust your browser settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before withdrawal.

  1. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you prefer not to be tracked. Our website and Dashboard do not currently respond to DNT signals in a standardised way, as there is no agreed technical standard for how to do so. You can manage your tracking preferences through the cookie consent tool described in section 3.
